+You don't need a ChatGPT Pro account. Screenshot to code uses API keys from your OpenAI developer account. In order to get access to the GPT4 Vision model.

+1. Open [OpenAI Dashboard](https://platform.openai.com/)
+1. Go to Settings > Billing
+1. Click at the Add payment details
+1. You have to add credits, the minimum is $5. 5. Go to **Settings > Limits** and check at the bottom of the page, you have to be Tier 1 user to get GPT4 access
